This year’s International Meeting on Yeast Ageing and Apoptosis was held in Leuven, Belgium. Johannes had his first oral presentation presenting Triangle of Ageing. Done a great job by presenting a mathematical model he developed without showing a single equation! Next was Barbara, her first conference attendance, presenting a large scale model of yeast pedigree in 5 minutes oral pitch! And finally, Niek presented our latest results on single molecule study of aggregates done in collaboration with Mark Leak’s group at the University of York! Well done everyone!
Leuven is a city where Niek did his master studies and we had a private city tour of his favorite places!
