That time of the year when we leave our daily environment and go to some sunny and inspiring location elsewhere in Europe has come. We did Italy last year and this year is Spain. We have spent 4 eventful days in Sitges, cooking, drinking coffee, sunbathing, wandering around, discussing the importance of failures in science, learning on outreach and revisiting our group bible. We are growing as a team and are understanding that the differences between us are not bringing us apart, but rather bringing us together and are helping us understand that whole is bigger than the sum of its parts.
